ABOUT ME

I was born in Israel and lived there until I finished my obligatory 2 year military service as a drill sergeant.  After traveling the world for a few years, I decided to study culinary arts in Argentina, following my passion for food and understanding the science behind it. Once I obtained my diploma, I worked in a chocolate boutique in Israel, managed a private catering kitchen in the UK and spent a year working for Gordon Ramsay’s Michelin star restaurant in central London. With all this experience under my belt I left the UK to work in the private yachts industry.

After 4 years of working as a private chef for high profile guests on different yachts around the world, I discovered my passion for preparing healthy food adjusted to the individual guest’s needs and dietary restrictions. I felt I needed to learn more about the healing power of nutrition which lead me to embark on my 6 year journey to study for a BSc (Hons) in Nutritional Therapy with Greenwich university in conjunction with the British College of nutritional health (BCNH). 

In 2019 I graduated with a distinction and currently run my functional medicine clinic, providing one on one consultations (either in English, Spanish or Hebrew) face to face in my office near Oliveira do hospital in Portugal or online worldwide.
